What We Run
Class types, broken down.
HIIT Blast
High-intensity intervals, full-body cardio + strength bursts. Push your engine. Built for any level modify as needed.
Spin
Indoor cycling on stationary bikes. Cardio with attitude — climb, sprint, recover, repeat. Loud music, brighter rides.
Yoga Flow
Movement, breath, recovery. Build mobility and quiet the head. Beginner-friendly show up, take your shoes off.
Strength
Free-weight programming. Squat, press, deadlift, row. Get stronger week over week — coached form, real progress.
Boxing
Bag work, footwork, conditioning. Learn fundamentals or sharpen your game. Beginners absolutely welcome.
Mobility
Recovery flows, joint health, structured stretching. Pairs well with strength days. Bring a mat and a slow breath.
